Recycled Toys
Today I needed to catch up on all the dishes that needed to be washed, so I had to find something to keep Ellie busy. I had just finished out one of her baby wipes containers and noticed the hole at the top of it…it was a perfect size for straws to fit in. I cut a few straws in half and gave Ellie the wipes container along with some straws. I showed her how to place the straws in the hole and push them all the way through until they disappeared. She then sat there until all the straws were in the container. She then brought it to me when she finished, and I dumped them all out so that she could do it again.
Yeah! I did it!
